We're seeking a Regulatory Specialist to meticulously research FDA guidelines and federal regulations overseeing food, drug, or cosmetic products, ensuring our clients' compliance. As a Regulatory Specialist, you'll engage directly with clients, conducting regulatory research on FDA-regulated items.

What you will do - Conduct regulatory research related to FDA-regulated products (i.e., food, beverages, medical devices, cosmetics, and drugs)
- Draft client reports that explain the regulations that govern products under review and identify any potential compliance issues
- Prepare, verify, and/or maintain technical files pertaining to submissions or other FDA-required activities throughout the product lifecycle
- Utilize the scientific method and modes of analysis to conduct product research
- Communicate directly with clients including foreign manufacturers who export to the USA
Who you are - Minimum of Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a scientific discipline or other writing and research-intensive field of study
- 1-2 years of experience in a research or compliance-related field is preferred, but not a requirement.
- Ability to analyze various components of food, processing, and packaging and properly interpret and report results
- Ability to effectively manage large amounts of information for analysis and process/program improvements
- Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills with capability to support multiple simultaneous projects
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
