🔑 Key Responsibilities:

As a Public Relations & Communications Assistant , you’ll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life and connecting communities to meaningful causes.

• Support the Marketing Manager in executing public relations strategies

• Coordinate and assist with community outreach events and on-site logistics

• Represent nonprofit campaigns through face-to-face engagement with the public

• Help design and distribute branded marketing materials and displays

• Track and report on metrics like audience engagement , foot traffic , and inventory

• Maintain relationships with venues, volunteers, and outreach partners

• Contribute to creative strategy sessions and campaign improvement initiatives

• Research and pitch new outreach opportunities to expand campaign visibility
