NeoGenomics is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the Operations team who wants to learn to continue to learn in order to allow our company to grow. This is a remote position with a Monday Friday, day shift. Position Summary As a Project Coordinator you will lead administrative and entry-level project tasks that aid in determining project objectives, organizing and arranging resources, ensuring smooth pace, and on-time delivery of assigned initiatives. Responsibilities Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects from initiation through completion Maintain project documentation, timelines, and deliverables using project management tools Track progress against milestones and proactively identify risks or bottlenecks Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and track action items Develop and distribute project status reports and dashboards for leadership Education, Experience & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required 2 or more years of experience in project coordination with healthcare, diagnostics, biotechnology, or related field preferred Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Use project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or similar) proficiently Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally Apply strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills Work efficiently in a fast-paced, regulated environment with high attention to detail Collaborate effectively with both business teams and stakeholders Engage with technical and non-technical personnel successfully Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time Ability to lift up to 15 pounds #J-18808-Ljbffr Project Management Institute
