Description We are looking for a highly skilled Data Reporting Analyst to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. This hybrid role requires a blend of technical expertise and analytical capabilities to support organizational goals effectively. Responsibilities: - Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for business improvement. - Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau and BusinessObjects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and ensure data integrity. - Utilize Python and SQL to automate data processes and streamline workflows. - Apply advanced analytics methods to support strategic initiatives and decision-making. - Monitor and optimize reporting systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency. - Translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders. - Provide support for data governance and adherence to organizational standards. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging tools to enhance reporting capabilities. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics. - Proficiency in Microsoft SQL and BusinessObjects Technologies. - Strong experience in data analysis and business intelligence tools. - Advanced skills in Tableau and Python for data visualization and automation. - Solid understanding of data modeling and database design using tools like Erwin Data. - Proven ability to analyze and interpret large datasets to support business objectives. - Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
