Masis Professional Group is recruiting for a Production Supervisor on behalf of our client located in Woodstock, CT. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and the flexibility to support cross-functional production needs.

Key Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of employees in the companies various departments.
• Ensure all labeling operations are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality to meet production goals.
• Train, coach, and support team members to optimize performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as backup to the Cells/Assembly Supervisor, supporting daily operations and team supervision as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments (Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain) to resolve issues and support continuous improvement.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with 5S and safety standards.

Qualifications of the Production Supervisor:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience in labeling, packaging, or assembly preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Working knowledge of production systems and quality standards.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
