Job Description
OneBlood is seeking a Print Production Manager to lead our in-house production facility, delivering high-quality print and digital materials that drive our brand, marketing, and operational initiatives. This role requires not only hands-on production expertise and leadership, but also a strong technical mindset—leveraging advanced Excel skills, data analysis, and process improvements to optimize workflows. Candidates with an engineering or IT background will be especially well-suited for success in this position.
What You’ll Do:
Lead daily production operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with brand standards
Manage workflow scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and quality control with a data-driven approach
Oversee the production of a wide range of materials, including banners, signage, postcards, displays, and branded collateral
Collaborate with creative, marketing, and operations teams to deliver projects that meet organizational needs
Utilize Excel and other digital tools for reporting, forecasting, inventory tracking, and process optimization
Maintain production equipment, supplies, and inventory—coordinating repairs and outsourcing when needed
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying technology-driven solutions that increase efficiency and reduce costs
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, IT, or related field, plus 5+ years of relevant experience (including 2+ years in management/supervision)
Strong technical proficiency— advanced Excel skills are a must ; familiarity with variable data printing and digital production workflows is a plus
Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to analyze data, streamline operations, and introduce innovative solutions
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on knowledge of print production processes and equipment maintenance
Ability to travel up to 10% and lift up to 20 lbs
