Duties

• Prepare items for packaging by sorting, counting, and organizing products.
• Pack products into boxes or containers according to specifications, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure that all items are free from defects and meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Report any issues or discrepancies in packaging materials or products to the supervisor promptly.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packaging and labeling.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Good communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting issues.
• Basic math skills for counting and measuring products accurately.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift packages as needed.
