We’re looking for a motivated, creative, and people-first individual to join our team as a Public Relations & Communications Assistant . Support the Marketing Manager in executing public relations and communication strategies
Coordinate community outreach events and manage logistics on-site
Promote nonprofit initiatives and campaigns through face-to-face public engagement
Help create branded materials and assist with event merchandising and displays
Track and report on key metrics such as foot traffic, audience engagement, and inventory
Collaborate with venues, volunteers, and partners to ensure smooth campaign execution
Maintain strong relationships with vendors, team members, and event partners
Assist in identifying and pitching new outreach opportunities to expand campaign impact
Analyze campaign data and contribute to strategy sessions for continuous improvement
Passion for nonprofits, public relations , or cause-based marketing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
