Your new role
The duties of the HVAC Service Manager will include, among others:
- Management of an HVAC Service helpdesk
- Oversight of the service operation, including the mentorship and training of technicians
- Responds to customer issues by providing resolution
- Evaluation of workload, labor allocation, equipment assessments and recommendations
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:
- Should have at least 5 years’ experience in Commercial HVAC Service
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills dealing with client requests
- Experience with service, installation and HVAC controls
- Shift is Monday-Friday in Midtown- *May require some nights and weekends as an “on-call” position*

Base of $140-$150K, bonus and benefits suite
