Title Clerk – Automotive / Powersports / Motorcycles

State 8 Motorcycles, Ohio’s premier destination for new and pre-owned motorcycles, is looking for a Title Clerk to join our growing team. If you have automotive, powersports, or motorcycle industry experience and are passionate about ensuring all paperwork is handled with accuracy and efficiency, this is the role for you! We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual with a Notary certification to manage vehicle titles, registrations, and more.
What You’ll Do:
Process Vehicle Titles : Handle all aspects of vehicle title processing, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
Registration Management : Process motorcycle, powersports, and automotive registrations and plate transfers.
Coordinate with Buyers and Sellers : Work closely with customers, lenders, and vendors to complete paperwork quickly and accurately.
Maintain Accurate Records : Track and file title paperwork, ensuring all documents are properly organized and accessible.
Stay Updated : Keep current on title laws, registration requirements, and best practices to ensure full compliance.
Customer Support : Provide exceptional service by answering title-related inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Notary Services : Use your notary skills to notarize documents as required (preferred, but not required).
What We’re Looking For:
Automotive, Powersports, or Motorcycle Experience : Familiarity with the industry and title/registration process is a must.
Notary Preferred : Notary certification is highly preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.
Attention to Detail : You’re meticulous and understand the importance of accuracy in paperwork.
Organized : You can manage multiple tasks and keep things running smoothly.
Great Communication Skills : Comfortable working with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Experience with Title Processing Software : Previous experience with title and registration software is a plus.
