$300.00/month. Job Summary In this role Physical Security Officers (PSO's) can expect to be working in demanding and fast paced environments. PSO's may find themselves working in a wide range of areas to include medical centers, government facilities, hospitality venues and public events. Additionally PSOs may be asked to work with a firearm. The PSOs mission is to protect all people, information and property assigned, while delivering on high end customer service. PSOs represent the front line of our security services.
Job Duties / Essential Functions •Delivering high end customer service
•Responding to emergencies
•Deterring and preventing crime
•Performing ingress/ egress control procedures
•Investigating incidents
•Completing daily logs and incident reports
•Conducting regular walking or vehicle patrols
•Building and Maintaining a professional rapport with clients, guests and co-workers
•De-escalating conflicts
•Detaining suspects
•Monitoring CCTV cameras
•Performing other related duties as assigned
Skills / Qualifications •High school Diploma or GED equivalent
•Two years of face to face customer service experience
•Possess at least one of the following experience / education criteria:
o 1.) Four years of armed security experience and/or 2. Two years of military experience and/or 3. Successful completion of a
state or federal certified law enforcement training academy
•Military or Law Enforcement Experience
•Basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft Office, etc.)
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
•Proficient time management skills
•Reliable transportation
•Excellent de-escalation skills
•Proficient firearms skills
•Extensive use of force knowledge
•Proactive problem solving skills
•Must be able to obtain state required armed security officer license
•Ability to obtain OCAT, PATH, and PPBT certifications
•Must be able to pass a comprehensive background investigation, urinalysis screening and OPS training
requirements

•Ability to pass Physical Agility Test (PAT) Consisting of;
Run 100 meters in 66 seconds or less; followed by a 10 min break
Perform 30 push-ups (no time limit) followed by a 30 min break
Perform 26 sit-ups (no time limit)
•Ability to use force, up to and including deadly force, when reasonably justified
