Responding to resident call lights with empathy and promptness. Ensuring residents receive their preferred diet while respecting allergies and dietary requirements. Recording vital signs as needed by nursing staff. Quickly notifying the nurse in charge of any changes in resident conditions. Qualifications: Current CNA or HCA certification.
