An opening opportunity is available for a full-time paraprofessional to support elementary school students in a small school setting. This role focuses on providing one-on-one assistance, ensuring personalized support tailored to individual student needs throughout the academic year under a contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one support to elementary-aged students requiring additional academic or behavioral assistance.
• Collaborate closely with teachers and school staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Assist in classroom management to maintain a positive, productive learning environment.
• Monitor and document student progress, communicating updates to the education team.
• Support students in developing social and academic skills, fostering confidence and independence.
