Akkodis is seeking a D&E Calibrator for our Contract Position (12+ Months) role with our client in Auburn Hills, MI We are looking for someone with Expert knowledge of Calibrator and Powertrain.

Pay Range: $35/hr. to $40/hr. on w2. The pay may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

D&E Calibrator

Operating development activities of the supplier

Engaging with the assessment committees

Engaging in development missions (hot; cold; temperate; altitude)

Engaging in joint MaP sessions with related areas

Delivery of calibration at various milestones in accordance with the PCA process

Verification of the compliance of the delivered calibrations in accordance with the carry-over rules

Verification of the correct integration of the calibrations delivered in the freezes

Performing and analyzing the freezing validation tests

Performing and release of reports

Required Skills/Abilities:

Validation of PWT behavior in Lock-up management phases

Validation of intra-PWT and PWT-vehicle exchanges (flow, quality)

Engine software validation at each project phase

System calibration (converter status, ratio, gearbox learning, etc.)

Functional and dysfunctional validation of the gearbox software

Calibration and validation of PWT degraded modes

Calibration and anti-lock validation

Mastering the calibration of learning (transmissibility, kisspoint, grid, synchro point, clutch actuator)

Mastering the thermal models (clutch, hydraulics)
