Job Description

We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven Business Development Representative to support our sales team in driving new business opportunities. This full-time, onsite position is based in Wilmington, Delaware. Founded in 1973 and located in Wilmington, DE, Ai is a growing print and digital communications firm specializing in direct mail, commercial print, large format, and digital marketing. Key Responsibilities Research and qualify inbound leads to determine fit and next steps. Research target industries, company initiatives, and buyer pain points to personalize messaging and to conversion rates. Conduct targeted outbound prospecting through use of a cutting-edge lead gen platform, phone, email, and LinkedIn within key industries and geographies to support sales development initiatives. Maintain and grow knowledge of Ai products and services, with proficiency in pitching the appropriate solutions across various industries and ICPs. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve lead quality. Maintain high activity levels and consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach, conversion rates, and pipeline growth. Keep accurate and detailed records in the CRM (HubSpot). Embrace ongoing coaching and feedback to continually improve prospecting effectiveness and product knowledge. Bring new ideas, approaches, and strategies to the table in support of growth initiatives. Support additional sales and marketing initiatives as assigned. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, or marketing. Strong research skills and a natural sense of curiosity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and data management best practices. Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
