We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Accounts Receivable Manager . This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about optimizing receivables processes, mentoring teams, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 7 AR specialists, including coaching and performance development.

• Oversee the full-cycle accounts receivable process, including billing, collections, and reconciliations.

• Present monthly AR and collections updates to the Director of Finance and CFO.

• Analyze AR aging reports and implement strategies to reduce DSO and improve cash flow.

• Manage third-party collections and customer escalations.

• Ensure compliance with SOX/internal controls and support ERP transitions (e.g., NetSuite).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues and streamline processes.

• Train staff on financial concepts, negotiation techniques, and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in AR or related financial operations.

• Proficiency in accounting software and business intelligence tools.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Experience managing teams with diverse personalities and work styles.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving systems and processes.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
