Location: Foothill Ranch, CaliforniaJob Type: 6 Months (possible extension)Compensation Range: $30 - 35 per hourWe're looking for a dedicated User Researcher to delve deep into the heart of our brands, culture, products, and marketing efforts. In this pivotal role, you'll be the champion for the end-user, using a variety of methods—including interviews, surveys, field tests, and evaluations—to unlock potential opportunities and ensure every solution we develop truly meets their needs.Your insights will be key to our success, requiring strong collaboration and influence as you work closely with our Design, Product Strategy, Engineering, and Marketing teams. Responsibilities:Manages Outlook calendars.Organizes and prioritizes daily administrative responsibilities.Organizes multiple projects with various leaders and/or teams effectively; ensures important matters receive top priority.Accurately and effectively communicates relevant and potentially sensitive information.Drafts correspondence as necessary and produces error-free and grammatically correct documents.Maintains a high level of confidentiality and exercises good judgment.Demonstrates strong communication skills in answering the phone, screening information and accurately distributing and forwarding messages.Organizes and coordinates complex meetings and events as required.Anticipates and follows up on requests and issues with a proactive, problem-solving approach.Proactively communicates potential issues and reminders to executives and coworkers as appropriate.Organizes and maintains files and sensitive information.Qualifications:5+ year's administrative experience.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, and ability to balance multiple tasks.Strong project management skills.Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.Advanced grammar and written/verbal communication skills.Able to professionally interface and communicate among executives and other internal and external high-level individuals, including high level of contact with Italy-based associates and executives, assisting with travel and meeting needs when visiting FHR Start Time: 12:00 AMAt least 2 years of experience with the following:User journey mappingUsability testingProfiling/archetype generation/psychology.Discovery researchUX/UI principlesData visualizationTop 3-5 desirable attributes/qualifications:Ability to multitask; experience in a fast paced environment; able to manage complex schedules/calendars, including working with calendars in Italy.Required levels/ Years of Experience education - discuss whether there is flexibility.
