A global information technology company is looking for a hybrid Bilingual SAP (Help Desk) Support Administrator in the Dallas-FT Worth area. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills as well as strong problem-solving expertise and computer knowledge. Responsibilities of the Bilingual SAP Help Desk Support Administrator may include but is not limited to: Provide technical assistance and support via phone, e-mail or visit customer directly on their site Provides IT supports to clients with Desktop/Laptop computer and mobile devices Using ticketing system to log all requests from client Prioritize and escalates unresolved/pending problems to the appropriate personnel to ensure the service is performed in a timely manner Supports clients with installation of application/software/hardware and networking components to meet client's needs in a timely manner Requirements of the Bilingual SAP Help Desk Support Administrator: · Higher education degree in computer science or equivalent certification in IT · Minimum 1 year experience with SAP administration support (ERP experience with modules such as FI, SD, MM, BW, ABAP strongly desired) · Bilingual ability desired (English and Spanish or Japanese) · Ability to work independently and communicate effectively Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions / Renaissance Resources Inc. has been a trusted leader in North American recruiting for Japanese businesses for over 25 years.
