Our client in Boston is seeking a Technical Content Writer with strong UX Writing experience to help with the implementation of a new AI optimized Content Management System. They are looking for individuals with experience writing for AI Content and Design. This role is 3 days onsite in Boston, MA . We offer health, dental, and vision benefits to our contracted employees. Responsibilities: Create and manage content across interfaces, onboarding, tooltips, help guides, and release notes. Write clear, helpful, and consistent copy that makes complex tasks easier for users. Work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure content integrates smoothly into the user experience. Build in-product help like walkthroughs and tips to support users and encourage adoption. Write and manage product documentation and release notes with the UX and product teams. Maintain content consistency and clarity by helping uphold shared content standards. Support and mentor other content and design teammates. Explore and implement new content approaches using AI. Deliver content aligned with product development, utilizing frameworks to guide the process from idea to launch. Desired Skills and Experience: Experience creating and managing content across interfaces, onboarding, tooltips, help guides, and release notes. Ability to write clear, helpful, and consistent copy that simplifies complex tasks for users. Experience collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure content fits seamlessly into the user experience. Proficiency in building in-product help like walkthroughs and tips to support user adoption. Experience writing and managing product documentation and release notes in coordination with UX and product teams. Ability to maintain content standards for clarity and consistency. Experience supporting and mentoring team members in content and design roles. Knowledge of exploring and implementing AI-driven content strategies. Ability to deliver content in sync with product development, using structured frameworks from conception to launch.
