What You’ll Do As a Sushi Chef, you’ll be at the heart of our sushi bar, creating beautifully crafted sushi dishes that delight our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and presenting high-quality sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese-inspired dishes.
- Ensuring all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled with care.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety standards.
-No long hair or visible piercing's or visible tattoo's
- Collaborating with the sushi team to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Bringing creativity and passion to the menu, contributing ideas for new dishes and presentations.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 3 year of experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role.
- Strong knife skills and a deep understanding of sushi preparation techniques.
- A commitment to quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- A passion for Asian cuisine and a desire to continuously improve your craft.
