The Staffing Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent primarily in finance and accounting roles, while managing ongoing client and candidate relationships. This full-time in-office role requires developing recruiting plans, ensuring compliance, and leveraging technology to enhance hiring processes. The recruiter also supports client growth by understanding their business needs and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.

The Staffing Recruiter (as formally known as the Talent Delivery Manager) is a pivotal position that drives top talent attraction, sourcing, interviewing, and presentation for Randstad's local mid-market Professional Talent Solutions branch focusing on finance and accounting placements with our local clients! This role also manages talent once placed, and assists with the further development and growth of client relationships.
With respect to clients, this role is responsible for continuously building and maintaining internal partnerships with sales and account managers by understanding our client’s business, strategic directions, and hiring processes and policies, with the goal of planning to grow and develop accounts.
