What You’ll Do

• Customer-Focused Engineering: Customize platform features to meet the needs of enterprise clients, working directly with their technical stakeholders.
• Sales Enablement: Collaborate with business development teams to support technical aspects of the sales cycle and post-sale implementations.
• Product Contribution: Build and ship customer-driven features in coordination with the core engineering team.
• Project Ownership: Manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.
• High-Impact Delivery: Balance customer needs, internal timelines, and technical constraints to deliver production-ready solutions.

Who You Are

• Background: 1–10 years of experience in software development; degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Strong Communicator: Able to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and work effectively across teams.
• Highly Driven: Comfortable working long hours when needed, managing high workloads, and taking initiative in ambiguous environments.
• Team-Oriented: Able to collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and product teams.
• Location: Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area; in-office work is required most weekdays.
