Job Summary

Accurately receive, store, and ship inventory. Must be able to count accurately and write legibly.

Duties/Results

• Shipping: Must check to verify part number and quantities of items ready for shipment. Must pay close attention to details. Ensure all packages secure and that they ship on time. Must be able to perform all position. Must be able to effectively run packing list station and be primary back up for UPS station.
• Receiving: Must be able to accurately receive material. Must be able to count and write legibly. Must work in an organized manner at all times. Shipments must be receiving promptly. Must be able perform all position.
• Stores: Maintains stores in an orderly manner. Accurately receive and downcount inventory. Pull parts for manufacturing lines. Pull customers order for shipment. Must be able to perform all position.
• Some overtime is required.
• Must cross train with all functions: Shipping, Receiving and Stores
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Dimension

Each area is responsible for handling inventory with accuracy, promptness and in an orderly manner, always observing the schedule ship date.

Specifications

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be oriented and display a positive attitude when working under pressure.
• Must be able to communicate with all departments of the company.
• Must be flexible and team oriented.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent
