Job Details

Offers counsel to clients and cultivate a “part of our team” relationship

Leads design and fellow designers in working collaboratively with project teams consisting of developers, project/product managers, QA, etc.
Provides structure and direction out of evolving processes and design problems
Delivers impeccable design to clients
Positions one’s self as a team-lead that manages deliverables, responsibilities, and scheduling
Designs products with a Human Centered Design approach with the ability to solve user needs with deep customer empathy
Ability to set artistic direction for projects based on client feedback
Works independently when necessary to deliver fully realized work that exceeds the client’s expectations
Comfortable leading a team of fellow designers on a project, working as part of a team, or leading design as a solo member
Confidence in delivering your perspective while actively considering others' points of view
Ability to explain and sell design decisions to clients and stakeholders
