The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of application support processes and a solid foundation in industry-standard applications. This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of key applications, including Encompass, QRM, TIDAL, and FileNet. The role offers a salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 with an annual bonus, and can be 100% remote. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support for various business applications, addressing incidents and service requests promptly. Support the loan origination platform, covering operational and administrative tasks. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues, collaborating with users and technical teams. Act as the primary contact for escalated application issues. Coordinate with software vendors for troubleshooting third-party applications. Maintain detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, and configurations. Work with teams to implement software updates and enhancements. Provide technical guidance to end-users to maximize application effectiveness. Develop and maintain support knowledge base and documentation. Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance system performance and user experience. Support applications such as Encompass, QRM, and FileNet. Resolve complex technical issues related to application functionality and system performance. Assist end-users with technical questions and participate in testing activities. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in application support or related roles. Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently. Proficient in Encompass SmartClient. Strong understanding of support processes and methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience troubleshooting application issues. Experience with ticketing systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Certifications Encompass Administrator Certification required.
