Senior Director, Regional Publishing - WWP, Americas Pay Competitive Employment type: Full-Time Job Description Req#: 5105086 Riot Games is looking for a senior executive to join the International Publishing leadership team to contribute to the business's future. As Senior Director for Regional Publishing, Americas reporting to the Vice President of International, you will lead NAOCE and Latin-America Regions, including Brazil. You will ensure alignment with Global Publishing leadership and manage territories to drive and support the international strategy; oversee all publishing and commercial businesses, while keeping our portfolio of products running strong for our audiences in the region. Key Responsibilities You will oversee several countries across multiple markets leading the publishing operations. You will draw on your substantial experience to provide the vision, guidance, and support to an exceptional and diverse team of Publishing experts. Contribute to the local/regional and Publishing Business strategy together with the Riot Games International leadership team. Work closely with key stakeholders across offices to drive local strategy for Riot Games’ brand and our portfolio of products. Translate the Publishing and Product strategy into clear roadmaps for the territories making sure all Country Managers are aligned when creating and delivering local strategic visions. Based in our LA headquarters, you will lead, mentor and motivate the international projects that require cross-functional engagement with Rioters organization-wide and external stakeholders, as appropriate, to drive a more efficient and effective result. Support all managing territories in hiring and building world-class teams. Required Qualifications: You are an industry-recognized executive with 15 years of experience leading teams from the technology, media/entertainment, sports or gaming sectors. You will have launched or scaled new digital products and/or platforms into global markets. You have demonstrable experience in developing global strategic plans. You are knowledgeable of market changes and forces that influence the company. You are a marketing subject matter expert experienced in leading regional Publishing campaigns. For this role, you'll find success through craft expertise, a collaborative spirit, and decision-making that prioritizes the delight of players.
