About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Advisor for Organizational Effectiveness and Change Management to play a pivotal role in the transition to a globally aligned Center of Excellence model. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing comprehensive frameworks, methodologies, and processes that integrate people, structure, process, and technology solutions in line with organizational strategies and objectives. This includes partnering with senior business leaders to design and optimize organizational structures, driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, and embedding change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in organizational design, effectiveness, and change management, with a proven track record in leading large-scale transformation initiatives. The role requires a deep expertise in organization design, culture transformation, and change management, as well as the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will have a background in strategic advisory or transformation work, strong executive presence, and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a Master's degree or MBA being a plus. The role demands a flexible, action-oriented problem solver with a growth mindset, capable of collaborating across global teams and driving impact in complex business environments.
