At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we’re in:
Compensation: $18.50 hour
Shift: Schedule : Saturday and Monday 2 PM - 10 PM / Tuesday - Wednesday and Friday 10 PM - 6 AM (40 Hours / Full Time)
About the job: - Excellent customer service is always a top priority
- Assist in the safety and well-being of all personnel and visitors through screening processes
- Monitoring and screening people for entrance onto the property
- Reporting screening information to clients
- Adhere to all company safety, service, operating, and emergency standards
- Working in a giant fulfillment center and surrounding areas including parking lot and trailer yard. Entry/Exit screening in the lobby
- Monitor and manage the Security/Front Desk Give directions to guests
- Able computer visitor management system. Printing and disseminating of badges
- Controlling access and ensuring only authorized personnel are given access to the site
- Camera and alarm surveillance. Walking in and around the building, up and down stairs, and through parking lots
- Advanced customer service skill with proficiency with computers and smartphone technology
- Assist Operations Management in emergencies and contact police when the situation warrants
Your background: - You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
- You have a Texas State Security license or ability to obtain one
- You have a CPR certification or ability to obtain one
- You are at least 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirement
