Royal Union Pets Manager is responsible for ensuring a positive experience for pet parents and their pets. This role upholds the company's core values while contributing to the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the store. A key part of the job is the direct care and health of the pets housed within the store. Assist with opening, closing and product ordering.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with questions about products, services, and live pets throughout the store and over the phone.
• Provide health and wellness solutions by recommending merchandise, services, and live pets to pet parents based on their specific needs.
• Care for in-store pets by feeding, watering, and cleaning all pet habitats, including those for birds, reptiles, small animals, and fish.
• Handle and transport sick or injured pets as needed to ensure their well-being.
• Help maintain the store's appearance and product organization by stocking shelves, arranging merchandise, and executing price changes.
• Manage online orders by preparing them for in-store pickup and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Actively promote special events, such as adoption weekends and charity events, and encourage customer enrollment in loyalty programs.
• Assist in various areas of the store as needed, including services and other departments.
• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for associates, pets, and pet parents.
