Laredo-based fast casual restaurant company is looking to hire an experience Restaurant General Manager.

Key Responsibilities / Responsabilidades Principales

• Lead with flavor! Inspira y dirige al equipo diario con pasión y enfoque en el servicio al cliente
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences every time - cada cliente debe salir feliz y satisfecho
• Management candidate must have experience in high volume sales
• Candidate must be comfortable with scheduling, inventory and P&L reports
• Experience in both BOH and FOH operations is a huge plus!
• Management candidate must be a self-starter and be experienced in staff development

What You Bring / Lo que Tú Aportas

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) ¡hablamos tu idioma!
• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, ideally in fast food or quick service
• Excelente habilidad para liderar, comunicar, y tomar decisiones bajo presión
• Passion for food, people, and creating a welcoming environment
• Strong knowledge of restaurant financials and operations
• Flexibilidad de horario, incluyendo fines de semana y días festivos

Compensation Package:

• Base Salary Range: $45,000 to $60,000 annually
• Bonus based on KPI’s performance
• Phone allowance
• Relocation expenses
