Job Description

The Replacement Window & Door Installer (1099 Contractor) is responsible for expert level and top-quality installation of Marvin Replacement window & door projects.

• Up to 3-4 jobs/week with flexible scheduling
• Execute window and door installations sold by the Marvin Replacement sales team utilizing various trade methods standard within the industry.
• Provide superior customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication and treatment of our customers.
• Communicate all product and install issues to appropriate parties, including Marvin Replacement team and customer.
• Hours will vary and will be influenced heavily on the wants and needs of our customers.
• A detailed install packet for each job
• All jobs are staged in our warehouse and ready for transport to job

• History and passion for high quality workmanship
• Ability to safely transport windows and doors from our warehouse to job sites and ownership of own tools
• Strong preference for individual with, or willing to obtain, following licenses/certifications: Installation Masters Certification and EPA LRRP / Lead-Safe Certification

• At least two years of experience installing windows 
• Excellent and detail-oriented interior and exterior trim expertise required (e.g. break work, capping, caulking)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable form of transportation.
• Provide Certificate insurance for Commercial General Liability, Employer’s Liability, Automobile Liability, and Statutory Required Worker's Compensation
• At least one additional helper to complete the jobs
