Role Summary :
You will be directly engaging with clients to inform and process their annual renewals, managing communications, payments, and customer service with diligence and warmth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle high volume of calls and email inquiries.
- Understand customer needs, provide solutions, and maintain communication records.
- Document processing and customer account management.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Go above and beyond to engage with customers.
We’re Looking For :
- Experience: Background in customer support or sales.
- Skills: Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
- Qualifications: High school diploma required; further education is advantageous.
- Personality: A customer-first attitude with the adaptability to interact with various individuals.
- Abilities: Strong communication, presentation, multitasking, and time management skills.
