Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist Advisor – Medicare (Remote)
Start Date: October 6, 2025 (Offers Extended by September 1st)
Pay Rate: $53.00/hour, paid biweekly
Work Location: 100% Remote (Work From Home) - Computer equipment is provided
Job Type: W2 work assignment (Currently scheduled through 04/04/2026 with potential for extension or conversion to direct based on attendance, performance, and business needs)
Shifts:
Business hours are 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST Monday – Friday and 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST Saturday and Sunday.
Set rotation schedule.
Training: First 8 weeks, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST (No time off during training).
Key Responsibilities
Support Medicare Part D members and providers with requests related to pharmacy benefits.
Ensure accurate case setup and review clinical information for decision-making.
Conduct outreach to providers for additional details when required.
Apply clinical judgment in compliance with drug compendia, Medicare guidance, and timelines.
Accurately document all case actions in accordance with CMS guidelines.
Meet productivity and quality standards in a high-volume, data-driven environment.
Collaborate with team members and maintain a positive, engaged work ethic.
Qualifications
Must have previous experience in a Managed Care or PBM environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD (required).
Licensure: Active, unrestricted Registered Pharmacist license in state of residence.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and Word.
Proven data entry experience and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously using dual monitors.
Ability to work independently in a productivity-driven, remote environment.

Dedicated, quiet workspace free from interruptions.
Wired internet connection with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload .
Ability to sit and focus for entire shift.
