Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be an essential part of the Quality Assurance department supporting production and inspection teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Quality Control Inspector

Location: Orchard Park, NY

Pay Range: $21.00

Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

• Develop and direct testing procedures to ensure high-quality products throughout all phases of plant operations
• Perform inspections, calibrations, and verify adherence to codes and standards
• Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams to improve quality procedures and processes
• Maintain detailed inspection logs and documentation for purchase orders and materials
• Support valve assembly and production training as needed, ensuring compliance and quality standards

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in quality control systems or manufacturing environment preferred
• Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings, Microsoft Office, and Epicor
• Ability to develop and execute product quality tests
• Weld inspection experience and certifications such as ASQ or technical certifications are a plus
