Job Description

Join Rooms To Go as a Quality Assurance Manual Tester and contribute to our App Dev team! We are looking for dedicated individuals who can perform manual testing to identify defects and ensure our software works flawlessly for our users.

As a QA Manual Tester, you will:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for our web and desktop applications.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance our product quality standards and release procedures.
• Identify, track, and report defects using a tracking system.
• Conduct smoke tests and regression tests to validate application performance.
• Manually test applications across varying configurations and environments.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in manual testing.
• Familiarity with various testing types and strong knowledge of testing methodologies.
• Understanding of software development life cycles and exposure to programming languages.
• Experience using at least one test and defect management tool.
• Ability to create detailed test plans from requirements or user stories.
• Strong communication skills to convey test results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in standard office software (word processing, spreadsheets, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Programming and automation experience are a plus.
