Position Overview
As a Public Relations Assistant, you’ll help bring nonprofit campaigns to life through community outreach, event coordination, and impactful storytelling. This is an entry-level role with paid training, perfect for recent graduates or career changers passionate about making a difference.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in executing PR, marketing, and communications strategies for nonprofit clients

• Coordinate logistics for outreach events, pop-up campaigns, and brand activations

• Support event planning, set-up, and on-site operations to ensure smooth execution

• Craft compelling campaign messages and promotional materials

• Distribute branded materials and support visual merchandising at events

• Track attendance, engagement metrics, and inventory for campaign reporting

• Build relationships with vendors, venues, volunteers, and community partners

• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve outreach performance

Qualifications

• Passion for nonprofits, social causes, or purpose-driven marketing

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
