We are seeking a Project Manager with extensive experience in Medical Devices to oversee projects for a Medical Device company, ensuring regulatory compliance. The perfect candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and facilitate communication between stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Developing and managing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. 
  • Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Leading and coordinating teams from various departments (engineering, regulatory, quality, marketing, etc.). 
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Keeping all stakeholders informed of project progress and managing expectations. 
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that the project adheres to relevant regulations and standards. 
  • Budget Management: Monitoring project expenses and ensuring they stay within the allocated budget. 
  • Quality Assurance: Implementing quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation. 

Typical Tasks:

  • Leading project team meetings.
  • Managing project risks and developing contingency plans.
  • Maintaining project schedules and tracking progress.
  • Creating and managing project budgets.
  • Ensuring timely completion of project deliverables.
  • Conducting project evaluations and assessments. 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is not needed but preferred.
  • Experience in the medical device industry is essential.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical devices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
