A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Project Coordinator. Position type: Full-Time Contract Duration: 5 months Location: Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, 55445 - Hybrid Job Description: Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support nationwide hardware infrastructure installations across retail locations. This role involves end-to-end coordination of deployment activities including scope tracking, inventory management, logistics, and vendor/technician oversight. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate hardware deployment lifecycle: scope definition, procurement, configuration, shipping, and installation. Maintain project documentation and trackers using Smartsheet. Communicate with field technicians, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution. Monitor Slack channels for real-time updates and issue resolution. Perform data validation and reporting using Excel. Track issues, assign ownership, and ensure follow-through. Facilitate meetings, document action items, and support process standardization. Preferred Skills & Qualifications:Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proactive problem-solver with minimal supervision. Proficient in Smartsheet, Slack, Excel, and logistics tools. Familiarity with hardware such as switches, WAPs, POS systems, IP cameras, and structured cabling. Experience in coordinating remote teams and multi-vendor environments.
