RICBT, part of Optum Behavioral Care, is a mental health practice based in Rhode Island and operating in New Haven, CT. We are passionate about helping patients to overcome all sorts of problems they might be having in their lives including emotional, behavioral, mental or cognitive problems. East Providence also offers neuropsychological assessments and evaluations for adults and children.
\nAs an Associate Patient Care Coordinator with RICBT, you will be responsible for providing support to patients and the clinical staff. The Associate Patient Care Coordinator will greet and support the check in and check out for patients, register new patients, prepare paperwork and review for accuracy, verify completion of consents and insurance eligibility, process payments for in-person appointments, handle existing patient communications, manage internal referrals and ensure work locations are presentable and welcoming.
\nLocation: 400 Massasoit Ave. East Providence, RI 02914. May be asked to travel to another nearby clinic for training.
\nSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.74 to $31.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
