Role: Oracle EBS Consultant
Location: Chicago, IL,
Job Type: - Contract

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver hands-on functional expertise in Oracle EBS Service Modules - Field Services, Install Base (CSI), and Service Contracts (OKC).
Configure, implement, and support Oracle EBS functionalities tailored to business requirements.
Act as the primary liaison with Portuguese-speaking business users and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication in both Portuguese and English.
Provide strong functional consulting on Brazil Localization Rules & Regulations.
Handle Oracle Field Service Requests (CS), Tasks, JTF Resources, and Debrief Process (CSF).
Manage AR Invoice Integration and ensure proficiency in Customer Master Modules.
Collaborate with business users to identify gaps, capture, and map business requirements to Oracle EBS functionalities.
Lead Configuration Workshops, Business Process Walkthroughs, and Solution Design sessions with client teams.
Manage and execute Functional Testing, coordinate SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
Support Go-Live preparations, cut-over activities, and provide post-production support to ensure seamless operations.
