Responsibilities:

As the Operations Manager, you will be the maestro behind our catering operations, orchestrating seamless events with a focus on exceptional service and attention to detail. From coordinating bar services to managing high-touch catering experiences, you'll ensure that every guest leaves with memories to cherish.

• Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including inventory management, staffing, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Lead a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure impeccable service delivery.
• Collaborate with event planners and clients to customize catering packages and exceed expectations.
• Maintain a safe and inviting environment for guests and staff, adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality across all operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in bar management and high-touch catering operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
