Through a monthly subscription model, our clients collaborate directly with our design team to tackle diverse UX / UI projects. Seamlessly scalable, consistently dependable, and exclusively premium-quality design work. Design crafted as if it were for your own business. Each Designer partners with a dedicated group of 5-6 clients, no more. We firmly believe that sustained collaboration with the same clients allows you to deeply understand their brand essence and business objectives, resulting in superior creative outcomes. We're currently growing our team and seeking two "client-focused" UX / UI Designers . Tasks Key Tasks & Responsibilities Design intuitive user interfaces and create seamless user experiences for web and mobile applications Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate solutions Create and maintain comprehensive design systems, style guides, and component libraries Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and project requirements Present design concepts and rationale clearly to clients and stakeholders Iterate on designs based on client feedback and user testing insights Work alongside developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices in UX / UI design Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines Participate in client calls and workshops to gather requirements and present design solutions Requirements Requirements Minimum two years of demonstrated experience as a full-time or freelance UX / UI Designer Expertise with design systems and component libraries Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, XD, Illustrator), and Sketch Solid understanding of user experience principles, interface design, and usability best practices Knowledge of prototyping tools like Principle, Framer, or InVision is advantageous Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines Clear and effective communication skills Sharp attention to precision, detail, and quality assurance Strong English proficiency (both written and verbal) Most Crucial → the inherent drive to thoroughly comprehend client requirements and deliver exceptional results #J-18808-Ljbffr
