This is a part-time (50%) position based onsite in the Lexington, MA office and reports to the East Coast Managing Director. It is part of the Operations Organization in the United States.

Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $28.00/hr

About the role

Responsibilities

• Function as the first point of contact for Genedata employees regarding all topics related to office and working environment
• Maintain the office seating plan in coordination with HR and ensure proper office setup for new joiners
• Organize all office-related orders and repairs, liaise with office facility management and various suppliers
• Order and manage office supplies
• Meet and greet visitors, answer incoming phone calls
• Provide administrative support including the organization of company events and meetings
• Support employees with travel-related requests
• Assist with special projects

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and business mindset
• Excellent planning, organization, and project management skills
• Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States
