We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Brooklyn, New York. This Contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of daily office tasks while supporting various administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and be comfortable handling receptionist duties and clerical responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and clients professionally, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Handle inbound phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Organize and scan documents, maintaining accurate digital records.
• Perform general clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
• Support the team with scheduling and calendar management.
• Assist in maintaining office supplies and ensuring a tidy workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication.• Proven experience in receptionist or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in document scanning and digital record management.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
