Job Description Valley West Mortgage, currently licensed in 33 states, is seeking experienced Loan Originators for its Call Center. Leads are provided!! Hourly plus commission. Job Description | Requirements Call Center Loan Originators are the rainmakers in the mortgage lending industry. Continuously cultivating relationships and helping homeowners. CCLOs must be licensed through the NMLS as required by the state of origination. In addition, CCLOs must be able to: Effectively originate loan applications Analyze credit, income and assets to ensure full loan qualification Explain the benefits of various loan products, including Non-QM loan options Assist clients in selecting the loan that best fits their current and future needs Communicate effectively and professionally with their clients, our vendors and internal Team Members MLOs will handle incoming calls from several different advertising campaigns, make outbound calls based on the same or similar campaigns and/or generate leads through their current portfolio or referral base. As a trusted CCLO with Valley West Mortgage you must be able to follow up with clients to gather the necessary documentation throughout the process up to and through closing and effectively manage a number of loans at any given point in time. CCLOs at Valley West Mortgage will have full access to the entire portfolio of loan programs, including but not limited to: Residential Loans (FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC, USDA, and Non-QM) Non-QM Loans Commercial Loans HELOC Loans What Separates Us from The Rest Your assigned team at Valley West Mortgage will treat every client of yours as their own. We have a technologically advanced process that allows us to move files to closing quicker, while keeping all parties informed at integral points throughout the process. Current average close times are 21 days from application to funding (as of 9/30/2025).
