Position: Mortgage Loan Originator Location: Remote - AZ, CA, FL, ID, OR, TX, WA About the Role: As a Mortgage Loan Originator at Money Well Lending, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with one of the most significant financial decisions of their lives – purchasing a home. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process, from initial consultation to loan closing, while upholding our core values of transparency, effective communication, and exceptional client service. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their financial goals and needs. Educate clients on various mortgage products, helping them select the best option for their circumstances. Collect and analyze financial information to determine eligibility and affordability. Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate. Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other internal teams to expedite loan approvals and closings. Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on the status of their loan application and addressing any concerns or questions promptly. Uphold compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Requirements: Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator. In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. NMLS licensure.
