Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in marketing strategies, content creation, and campaign execution.

This position requires in-person office attendance and is based in our Carmel, Indiana headquarters.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of internal and external marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research to understand trends in the financial advisor sector
• Help design brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials
• Assist in organizing webinars and educational events
• Assist in the creation of materials that help tell the Valeo Story
• Create digital assets to elevate social media messaging
• Manage digital community among other Valeo Interns
• Manage, plan, edit, and execute video marketing campaigns
• Track and communicate digital impact
• Creatively prepare promotional materials and presentations
• Identify and complete a summer capstone project

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Interest in financial services and understanding basic financial concepts is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
• Experience with video and graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Possess and demonstrate excellent collaboration and communication skills (both written and verbal communication).
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
