Machinist

We're looking for a hands-on Manual Machinist to join our team. In this role, you'll machine and fabricate precision components used in firearms. You should have solid experience with mills, lathes, and grindersand a sharp eye for detail.

What You'll Do:

• Machine parts to precise tolerances using manual mills, lathes, and surface grinders
• Read and interpret detailed mechanical drawings with minimal supervision
• Work with a variety of materials, including carbon/stainless/tool steels and plastics
• Build and fit structural components like brackets, guarding, and frames
• Assemble and align mechanical elements for integration into equipment
• Use calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure accuracy
• Assist with general shop tasks and occasional forklift/pallet jack use

What You Bring:

• 13 years of machining experience (manual required; CNC a plus)
• Familiarity with mechanical systemsbearings, pneumatics, actuators, sensors
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and remain on your feet for most of the shift
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Basic knowledge of pneumatic and automation components preferred
