Framework is seeking an experienced Literacy Curriculum Designer to develop engaging, standards-aligned instructional materials for K–12 English Language Arts tutoring programs. This is a remote, part-time position ideal for an educator with strong instructional design expertise and a passion for creating impactful learning experiences that help students grow in reading, writing, and communication skills.

Collaborate with a dynamic, supportive team of educators and leaders

Design, adapt, and refine high-quality ELA tutoring curriculum and lesson materials aligned to state and Common Core standards
Develop instructional resources that support reading comprehension, writing, grammar, and vocabulary development
Create materials that foster engagement, cultural relevance, and accessibility for diverse learners
Collaborate with implementation and operations teams to ensure curriculum fidelity and usability for tutors
Review and edit existing lessons for clarity, alignment, and engagement
Create assessments, pacing guides, and tutor support tools
Incorporate feedback from pilot sessions and school partners to continuously improve content quality
Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Literacy, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience designing or developing ELA curriculum
Strong understanding of the Science of Reading and evidence-based literacy instruction
Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills
Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, and/or learning management systems
Experience teaching or tutoring students in reading or literacy intervention strongly preferred
