TMC is seeking a a Light Industrial Staffing Specialist responsible for full cycle recruiting. Job duties incluce managing the entire hiring process from start to finish, including sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing the hiring and onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Candidate sourcing: Search for candidates through various channels like job boards, professional networks, employee referrals, and industry events.
• Screening and assessment: Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
• Interview process management: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and handle all candidate communication and feedback.
• Offer and negotiation: Extend job offers and negotiate compensation and benefits packages.
• Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the company.
• Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices comply with employment laws and regulations.
• Data and tools: Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, and track hiring metrics to inform decisions.

Required Skills:

• Staffing agency experience highly preferred
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment software.
• Knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
